Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CKids Overnight Camp Grant website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Grant Program Terms

The CKids Overnight Camp Grant program is subject to the following terms:

• Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while funds are available
• Grant amounts up to $1,000 per child are determined at CKids' discretion
• Grants are only valid for participating CKids overnight camps
• Applicants must complete camp registration separately from grant application
• Grant funds are paid directly to the camp, not to applicants
• Grants are non-transferable and have no cash value

Eligibility

The grant program is open to all families regardless of financial status. However, applicants must:

• Be a parent or legal guardian of the child applying
• Register or intend to register the child with a participating CKids camp
• Provide accurate and truthful information in the application
• Submit the application during the designated application window

Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee a grant award. CKids reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify grant requests at its sole discretion. Decisions are typically communicated within 48 hours of application submission.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the grant program.

Limitation of Liability

CKids International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the grant program.

Changes to Terms

CKids reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
